This valuable estate comprises upwards of 3000 acres in the Mungaroa Valley, in blocks of 100 acres each, more or less, marked out on the ground and numbered on the plan, comprising a variety of valuable timbered and fertile swamp, sections suited for residences, saw mills, market gardens, nurseries, dairy or sheep farms, breeding stations, or for any description of cultivation for which the soil and climate of this delightful valley are admirably adapted.
