The following debt cases were disposed of : Charles Austin v. Henry Silk,£l 88—Judgment ior 18s and costs. Caleb Cull v. Joseph Dann, £4 ss— Settled out of Court. F. Ellison v. R. E. Plimpton, £12 13— Judgment by consent for £8 1 2s.
