SALE OR LEASE BY TENDER Land near SOUTHBRIDGE rpHE Public Trustee invites tenders for the purchase of 17 acres 2 roods 18 perches of land situated in Block 5 Hurst Survey District, being Rural Section 19843. This section is situated at Dobbin's Ford, about 4 miles from Southbridge. It ihas no buildings on it and is subdivided into 3 paddocks. The present lease expires on Ist May next. Alternatively, tenders may be submitted for a lease of the property for 5 years from Ist May. Conditions of tender may be inspected at, and any further particulars obtained from, the offices of the District Public Trustee at Christchurch and of the Public Trustee's Agent at Leeston, Mr C. G. Fisher. A deposit must accompany each tender. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders close at 3 p.m. on 18th March, 1941, at the Office of the District Public Trustee, Christchurch, to whom tenders are to be addressed, enclosed in sealed envelopes and marked "Estate of J.
