A. AND P. ASSN.

PRESENTATION OF PRIZES

On Tuesday evening, November 1, the social held under the auspices of the Ellesmere A. and P. Association for the presentation of trophies won at the recent show, will take place in the Leeston Town Hall. Similar functions held during the past three years have proved most successful and enjoyable, not only affording a suitable opportunity for the purposementioned, but, of even greater importance, of giving members of the association an opportunity of meeting together for entertainment and social purposes. Lambie's band is to provide the music, the supper arrangements will be looked after by Messrs Free Brothers, and the committee in charge anticipates a large attendance of members of the committee, of the association, and of the general public and special arrangements have been made to ensure a good time to all who attend.
