B GRADE OPEN SHOOT.
WON BY J. F. PARKIN.
There were 24 competitors in the Ellesmere Miniature Rifle Association's B grade open shoot at Leeston on Monday evening, and the winner was J. F. Parkin, who completed four rounds. He started with a handicap of 7, and his scores were:— 7-76-80, 6-76-80, 5-76-80, 4-77-80.
T. Marsh was second, his scores being:—s-76-80, 4-76-80, 3-77-80.
Six other competitors completed the third round.
