SPRINGSTON

A social, arranged by the members of the Sunshine Club, in aid of the sweets and variety stalls for the Hall Company's flower show, was held in the hall. There was a very good attendance. Competitions were won by Mrs W. Leslie, Miss M. Riordan, Messrs F. Hill and R. Tyson. A Monte Carlo waltz was won by Miss N. Hoskin and Mr H. Hoskin. Music for dancing was supplied by Mrs P.
