A South Canterbury potato grower has been put to additional expense through despatching over - weight bags for shipment. Some time ago an agreement was reached between the merchants and the watersiders ' that 1801b. should be the maximum^ weight a bag watersiders should be ▼ asked to handle, but some sent in were found to turn the scale at more than 2001b.
