The following hockey team has oeen selected to represent Lincoln in a match against West Christchurch, at Hagley Park to-morrow (cars leave at 2.15 p.m.):—Misses M. Jordan, D. Burgess, J. Cooper, J. Fitzgibbon, B. Fitzgibbon, R. Costello, D. Watkins, M. Neill, E. Clark, E. Marshall, I. McDrurey and M, Carter. The Lincoln A basketball team to play Springston at Springston tomorrow is as follows:—Misses J. Smart, J. Russell, L. Barter, D. Barter, K. Mills, D. Moir, A. Smith, W. Scott, C. Moir, R. Maindonald and C. Thompson. The Lincoln basketball team has a bye. The first grade football team to play Leeston at Leeston is as follows:—W. Jordan, J. Bennett, J. Jordan, W. Templeton, D. Lamberton, J. Lindsay, J. Melhopt, E. Watkins, B. Hubbard, C. Watkins, N. Peryman, A. Knight, C. Melhopt, Kipplewhite and J. Greaves. The second grade team will be selected from the following:—G. Cameron, H. Knight, G. Pannell, L. Manion, E. Mathews, J. Godfrey, J. Greaves, R. Mathews; T. Manson, F. Ford, Hubbard, B. Peryman, C. Moody, R. Moir, A. Eilken, K. Cameron, A. Mitchell and W. Hopley. Miss Matherson (Lincoln School) is spending her holidays in Christchurch. Mrs Jordan, senr., who has been ill in the Public Hospital, has returned home.
