SUNDAY SCHOOL SOCIAL,

The Springston South Sunday School held its annual anniversary tea and

prize giving concert on Friday even ing. Much credit is due to Miss A.

Quayle for the way she had trained

the children and to the other teachers ' for their good work. The programme for the concert comprised the following items: Pianoforte duets by Mrs H. Fletcher and Hazel Greaves; dialogues Misses A. 'and M. Quayle and the Sunday School scholars; pianoforte solos, ; Hazel Greaves and Frank Hewitt; duet, Misses Eileen Chapman and Haz-

el Greaves; trio, Misses Eileen Chap

man, Hazel Greaves and Ray Harris; songs, Miss A. Moreland, Joan Bray and Mr E. Hoskin; recitations, Mona Chapman, Rita Gillatt, Peace Hamilton, Joan Bray and Eay Harris; addresses by Revs. A. H. Aeueson and A. I H. Fowles, Messrs T. Blay and Peryman. Each scholar received a prize and special certificates were won by Peace Hamilton and Frank Hewitt, for attendance.
