ROLLESTON

FOOTBALL CLUB'S DANCE

The Rolleston Hall was filled to the doors on the occasion of the Football Club's dance on Tuesday evening, all clubs in the Ellesmere district being represented. Effective decorations, on which much time had been expended, were carried out with tree ferns and other greenery specially brought from the Coast, these setting off pleasingly the streamers of the Club's colours and giving the building a festive air. Bryson's Band, which was at its best, provided music that delighted all, and Messrs M. Mallock and D. Burt made admirable M.C 's. The secretary, Mr W. Upton, and committee, were responsible for the arrangements.
