• » CARD MATCH. Tai Tapu recently met Greenpark in a euchre match, at Tai Tapu. A very enjoyable evening was spent in cards and dancing, which was kept up till the

early honrs of the. morning. The results of the cards match were: Greenpark 1703 points; Tai Tapu, 1565 points, the visitors winning by 138 points. Mr E. Willan thanked the visitors for the very enjoyable game, to which Mr G. Lassen replied on behalf of the visitors. Mr P. Dowker acted as M.C. for the dance. Mr W. Newton.

supplied the music, and Miss Jackman and Mr Chapman played extras.
