Infantile Paralysis.

DEATH AT LEESTON. A case of infantile paralysis has occurred at Leeston and the patient, Miss Frances Kate Webster, thirty years of age, daughter of the late Mr Alexander Webster, formerly a wellknown Leeston farmer, died on Thursday evening. Miss Webster was taken ill on Tuesday and Dr Volckman was summoned. In spite of all that was done for her, however, she gradually became worse and passed away. The case has been reported to the District Health Officer, Dr Chesson. Much sympathy is felt for the relatives in their sad and sudden bereavement.
