Ellesmere Horse Parado

Committee of Management, — Messrs Jas. Henderson, T. D. Boag, Frank Coe, and Jas, Storry. The Horso Parade, under the auspices of the Ellesmere A. & P. Association took place at Leeston yesterday, wlum there was a large attendance. The entties were eight draughts, three trotting horses, one carriage horse, and one thoroughbred. Of the draught horses several were seen to advantage, and promise well to make a good figure at tho forthcoming Show. Mr John Bong's Boyal Stuart showed up ■well, and Mr McKellar's two hors"B were nlso much admired, while Mr Pick's Lochiel wss also much attended to. In the light horses Ha-Ha attracted a pood deal of attention, while Mr Pick's Doctor was also much admired. The trotting stallion, Young Berlin, and a number of others were also shown.
