KEILLY'S report During the week a good demand has been experienced for most lines coining forward. Apples Small supplies of apples are btill being distributee. Begular supplies of New Zealand lemons are available and meeting with satistactory sajes. A small shipment of Bananas came to hand, the fruit being in good order There has been a fair demand fo vegetables. Carrots are in demand. I'oultry—Fair supplies continue tt arrive and prices are satisfactory for good table birds. Eggs—Heavier supplies have been received during the week. Sales during the week were— Mutton Birds—lßs a dozen. Per sack Cauliflowers firsts to 12s, seconds 5s to 6s. Uocoanuta 35s Od. Cabbage— 6s Od to 7s 6d Ter Cwt Potatoes to 12s onions 29s Od, Carrots 13s, Swedes 9s Parsnips 15s to 24s Per dozen Eggs —heavy Is bd doz, standac1s 6sd, medium Is sd, pullets Is 3d Lettuce choice ... 2s 6d to 4s Od others Is to 2s Od; hothouse cucumbers 4s Od to 6s Od; Per case Apples Delicious 13s 6d, Grannj Smith 13s 6d, Stunners 13s 6d Australian lemons bushels 36s to 37s 6d, New Zealand lemons 18s 3d to 19s 6d, Australian oranges bushels to 375; Bananas unobtainable. Grapefruit 23s to 255, Island tomatoes to 30s Per Lb Tree Tomatoes sprouts 6sd; Walnuts Is 6d, Almonds 2s od to 3s; Whitebait Bs.
