Ladies' Day on the Clyde green is to be held to-morrow afternoon, when everyone will be welcome. In an interesting an enjoyable match at Heriot, the home team defeated Millers Flat by one point 58-57- The ladies were represented by a rink each, and this ended in a draw -18 all. The Jolly Memorial The last match for the season for the Jolly Memorial was played at Clyde on Thursday last, when the holders (G. Larking, Dr Brokenshire, H. E. Stevens and J. L. Davidson) managed to retain possession of the covetedJtrophy. The challengers were a Roxburgh rink (W. Toms, J.Bennetts, T. Dunlay and T. Henderson) and they made a good attempt. As will be seen from the score board, which appears below, the holders held the advantage in the early stages, and until the 13th head when they led 12-5. At this stage the challengers lead came to light and mainly through his efforts Roxburgh had a run of success, winning the next five heads to lead by 13 to 12 on the 18th head. The leads were fairly evenly matched, and the duel between the skips was a good one. l'auliu drew many splendid shots, and never tailed to come to light when wanted.
