Patearoa only made 68 in the first strike against the bowling of Lynch 5 for 23, but did better in the second innings, making 167Lynch again bowled well taking 6 for 77.• CONCERT AT PATEAROA There was a big audience at Patearoa on Friday night, the door takings amount to £4O Miss Dorothy Dagg Mr Dowling and Mr R. Duncan’s items were a feature of the evening. Mrs Keegan was an accomplished accompanist.
