For the first time in the history of commercial aviation in America passengers may now travel by air at rates less tlian those charged by New York taxi-cabs. The Colonial Air Transport lias announced the inauguration of sight-seeing flights over New York City, covering approximately 30 miles at a rate of £1 per passenger, children under five years old. half price. The rate in a standard New York taxi-cab for this distance .would be £1 ss.
