Official Gazelle OF THE VINCENT COUNTY COUNCIL In conformity with the provisions of “ Local Bodies Finance Act, 1921/22,” the Vincent County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan (locally) of £5 400, fur the purpose of extinguishing its Antecedent Liability as appearing at the 31st March, 1922. It is further resolved that such loan shall be for a period of ten (ic) years dating from the first day of September. 1922, for which debentures shad be issued bearing interest at ibe rate of six ('0) per centum per annum, such interest to be payable on the 31st day of August, in each and eveiy year during the currency oil such loan 01 until such time as /liC/loan is fully paid off. Ilf The Council also reserves the right to redeem the debentures at an earlierperiod after three years has elapsed.
