WEDDING AT FIRST CHURCH

A pretty wedding was celebrated by Rev- J. Cunningham PD . at first Church, Dunedin 011 Wednesday Dec. 2ist, when Miss Margaret Anderson, second daughter ot Mr and Mrs Peter Anderson ot Moa Creek, was married to. Mr Herbert B. Smith of Sutton- The Bride, who entered the Church on the arm of Mr D. Isbister ot Roslyn, a verv old friend of the family, was charmingly dressed in a gown of white silk crcpc de chene, her tuilc veil was held in position by a wreath of orange blossom, and she carried a beautiful shower bonnet The bride was attended by Miss Rita Isbister, who wore a pretty frock of shell pink colienne silk with black hat relieved with pink streamers, and carried a pretty shower botiiiet. Little Miss Isabel Mcc attended as (lower girl, she wore a dainty embroidered frock relieved with heliotrope, and carried a basket of pink roses, Mr J. Anderson of Middlemarch, attended as best man. After the ceremony the guests adjourned to the Waratah tea rooms where the usual toasts were proposed and responded to. The Bride and Bridegroom left later for Christchurch, where the honeymoon will be spent, the Bride wearing a smart navy blue costume and black hat relieved with blue. Their future home will be at Sutton-
