For all horses that have not won a race exceeding P2U advertised value at date of nomination. All horses must have been owned and in Vincent, Lake, Maniototo, or Tuapeka Counties prior to the Ist January, 1909. Nominations 20s must be in the hands of the .Secretary, Matakanui, not later than Bp.m. on Saturday, August 21st, 1909. Handicaps will ho declared on September 21st. First Acceptance 15s to be in the hands of the Secretary not later than 8 p.m. on 30th October. Second Acceptance of 15s to he 111 the hands of the Secretary not later than 9 p.m. on December 31st. • All winners of any race after the handicap is declared may be rcbandicapped. Revised handicaps (if any) will be declared on the 29ih December. Note,—Fifteen nominations at least mufit be received or no race.
