Mining
The river lias fallen considerably during the past few days, as the result of the frost. The majority of the dredges will probably resume this week. The directors of the Sandy Point G. D. Co. have declared a dividend (the 15th) of Is per share, payable to-morrow. The resolution to increase the capital of tde Olrig G. D. Co. to £IO,OOO by the issue of 3000 new shares of £1 each was conlirmed at a meeting held last week. It was decided to leave the share application list open till July 2nd.
