The acknowledged good qualities and success of Sanders & Sons’ Eucalypti Extract have brought out many imitations, but none equalled the case ~usl tried in the Supreme Court of Victoria before His Honor Chief Justice Sir J. Madden, K C.M.G., etc. Sanders & Sons brought an action against a syndicate for passing off crude eucalypti as that of Ganders and Sons’, by such means as : simulating Sanders and Sons’ get up ; publishing medical reports made on the merit of Sanders and Sons’ product ; publishing a partner’s testimonial that it is “ just as good ” as Sanders ; publishing _ a false statutory declaration of the distiller, etc. His Honor, when giving judgment, said with regard to the Genuine Sanders & Sons’ Eucalypti Extract that when eve; an article is commended to the public by reason of its good quality, etc;, it is not permissible to imitate any of its feutnres. He restrained the imitators from doing so and ordered them to pay all costs, VUe publish this to allord the public an opportunity of protecting themselves, and of securing what is pioved beyond all doubt by skilled witnesses at the Supreme Court of Victoria, and by many authorities during the last HO years to be a prepa'ntioh of genuine merit, viz,, Tins Genuine Sanders A Sons Pure Volatile Eucali j'TI Extract.
