CONSTANTINOPLE, September 8. Despite Turkey's opening of a coal depot at Kunkh (?). Germany landed a cargo of coal on the largest island of <he Farsan Group, off the coast of Yemen. Germany is also negotiating for an independent coaling station. I The Farsan Group consists of a number of small islands in the Red Sea.
