LONDON, September 2
Renter's correspondent states that President Lou bet and the French Ministers on the 18th, aboard the torpedo destroyer Cassini; will meet the Imperial yacht and escort the Czar and Czaritza to Dunkirk, where the Chamber of Commerce will entertain them at. luncheon. Thence the Royalties proceed to Compeigne, and review the Northern .Squadron on the 19th. An exchange of significant toasts is anticipated at the Compeigne banquet on the 20th. A review of troops will be held at Rheims on the 21st.
