IRISH AFFAIRS.

LONDON, December 13. The Nationalists' Convention at Dublin have resolved upon the abolition of landlordism in Ireland, and are determined to enforce the rights of the Irish nation by means of crimeless and legitimate combination if Parliament refuses to redress her grievances. Mr William O'Brien declared that the land question must be settled within two years, even if England had to concentrate in Ireland an army equal to that in South Africa. In the House of Commons Mr Wyndham, alluding to the Convention, said that if the unity of the Empire or the liberty of property were attacked in Ireland then the Government will reoccupy their old trenches.
