It is claimed that au invention by a Russian gentleman, living in Loudon, Dr Paul Dvorkovitz, will save one gas lighting company alone £I,OOO per week. The invention is to be formed into a company, under the title of “The Gas Enrichment Company,” and if it produces such results it will not only be a gas enrichment company, but a shareholders’ enrichment company also.
