Nominations for the Alex an Ira Handicap, District Handicap, and Handicap Trotting Race, must be received by the Secretary before 8 p.m. on Tuesday, nu ust 25r.b. Acceptances for all Handicaps, and entries for the Maiden Plate, must be received by the Secretary before 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 17th. Three horses to accept in each Handicap, or no race. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of stakes for expenses. No Qualification Fe, required. No entries will he received for any of the above Rices except on the following conditions : —That all disputes arising out of the Races shall be decided by the Stewards, and their decision shall he final. Any person entering a protest must deposit £2, and should such protest he deemed frivolous by the Stewaids, the amount will be forfeited. The Dunstan Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced.
