WASTE LANDS BOARD.
The District Officer at Clyde ■wrote, stating that Thomas Twin had applied for a reservoir site within the town reserve there ; and asked whether or not the Board would entertain such an application.—No. Mr Goodger applied for 50 acres of land at Cromwell.—Referred to the District Land, Officer for his advice. Valuation of improvements effected by Messrs T. Russell, Hedditch, Pirrie, and Campbell, ou land in the township of Pembroke was submitted for the benefit of the Board. Approved. Mrs Mary Cairns applied to purchase her residence area situated on section 14, block 11, Teviot district, and now called section 43.—T0 be sold under the 150 th clause of the Act of 1172, at L 5 per acre.
