The length of such water-race is one mile or thereabouts, and it’s intended course is nearly West North-west, by East South-east. Plans and Specifications may be seen, and forms of Tender obtained as follows; At tho Office of the Town Clerk, Clyde, up to Friday the 25th December, 1874, and from Monday the 18th January to Saturday the 23rd January 1875, and at the Office of the Agent of the Bank of New South Wales, Lawrence from Monday tho 2Sth of December, 1874, to Saturday the 2nd January, 1875 ; at the Office of the Provincial Engineer, from Tuesday, January sth, to Thursday January 14 th, 1875. Tenders to be accompanied by a marked choqe for 5 per cent, on ’the amount of Contract, and endorsed “ Tender for Bridge."
