M‘Lennan, Manager of the Pneumatic Gold Mining Company ( Registered). Claim 44/. ss.,°for wages. Mr. P. J. Wilson, solicitor for plaintiff. There being i o defence, judgment was given for the amount claimed, with 295. costs of Court and 21s. professional costs. Samuel .‘Smith v. Same. —Wages, >ls/. sa. Mr. F. J Wilson for plaintiff.” Judgment for amount 'claimed, 19s. costs of Court, and 21s. professional costs.
