OF MvYQR OF TUB INCORPORATED TOWN OF ALEXANDRA, II7HRI EAS his Honor James Mac- '' Hrtndrew, JSsqtiire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in exercise of the powers vested in him by the "Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 18Go," has, by warrant under hb hand, appointed me, the undersigned John dimming, to be theperrsyn to "give public notice, as bylaw required, olf the place, day, and hour for the nomination of candidates for election to the office of Mayor at the first election of Mayor for th"e Incorporated town 'of Alexandra under the soid Ordinance, and to attend on the dar of nomination of the candidates lor such office at such first election, and to preside, do, and perforin at such first election all the nets by the said Ordinance required or directed to be done by the Mayor of the said Incorporated town of Alexandra at the election of Mayor. Now therefore I, the said John Cumin ing, do hereby fix "Wednesday, the 17th day of July, 18G7, at noon, at one of the Government buildings, at the Camp, in the said Incorporated town of Alexandra, j as the day, hour, airl place for nominaj tion of candidates for election to the j office of Mayor of the said Incorporated town of Alexandra at the ensuing election. And Ido hereby give notice that I shall attend at the said place, and at the day and time "hereinbefore mentioned, a>d read all such nominations of candidates for election to the office of Mayor of the said Incorporated town of Alexandra as shall be in due form and shall have been lodged with Richard Watkins, the person appointed by his Honor the Superintendent to act as Town Clerk at such election j at Alexandra, before noon of the said 17th day of July, 18G7.
