Entries for Quoiting will be received up till 10 am. of 26th Dec. All other entries at the Post. An entrance-fee of five per cent on the amount of the first prize for each compe■tition, will be charged to every competitor. No Competition will be declared, and no public money, if less than three entries for any one competition be given in. The judges for each competition will be declared on the ground, before the Sports commence. In cases of dispute, the decision of the Umpire or Referee to be final.
