William Bennett. 1 , iam Bennett, J &t Kenny j Robekt Kenny / AUDITOR s The Manager stated for the information of Shareholders, that there was about fourteen miles of the Race completed, with the exception of 7| chains of fluming and a dam to raise the water from the creek Manorburn. About 1£ miles of the Eace remain to be cut, when he expects to have the water-on some ground from which very favorable prospects have been obtained it will take about ten weeks to bring water to this ground, which he, the Manager, has every reason to believe will be remuneiative for ground sluicing, there are now about forty-two men at work. There being no further business of importance to bring before the Meeting a vote of thanks to the chairman closed the proceedings. WILLIAM EAMES. Secretary.
