Communication by electric telegraph being shortly about to be opened to Clyde, the Proprietors of this journal have made arrangements to receive both from Dunedin and Bluff Harbor the latest intelligence of importance to the general public. As soon as that ready means of communication is an established fact the Duxstan Times will be issued early on Friday morning, in time for the up and clown country
