Dog Nuisance Ordinance, 1862. NOTICE. \LL DOGS found straying in the public streets after the 31st March inst,, whose owners have not yet complied with the undermentioned clause of the " Dog Nuisance Ordinance, 18C2," will be conveyed to the Police Barrack, and there kept for twenty-four hours, at the expiration of which time, if not owned, and the '.Registration fee paid, will be destroyed. CLAUSE 7/.Every dog without a collar, having' engraven thereon the Registered number of such dog; and all dogs found molesting sheep •within any enclosure or upon any! sheep run, may be destroyed.
