LATE SHIPPING.
The following passengers arrived by the Mararoa from southern ports : —Miss Dale; Mrs Street; Messrs Williams, Earp, Mayo, Street, Grainger ; Masters Street, Keys ; 5 steerage. The Biitish India Company's Umballa left Calcutta for Auckland via Singapore on the 17th inst. with 7250 tons of jute goods for N.ew Zealand ports, of which 270 tons are for Napier and 150 for Gisborne. The Umballa is due in Auckland about the 18th of next month.
