Fiji and New Zealand.
Federation Opposed. (Received July 26, 1 a.m.) Melbourne, July 25 Mr Barton adheres to the opinion that it would be highly undesirable to have two large important federations in the Southern Seas. He will therefore make. that effect regarding any attempt made to federate Fiji and New Zealand.
