I United Press' Association By Electric Telegraph — Copyright (Received July 18,12.52 a.m.) London, July 17, A Polish lady, Countess Olzewsky, fired at M, Baudin, French Minister of Public Works, in mistake for M. Delcaese, Foreign Secretary. She was seeking to attract attention to her grievances. She alleged that M. Delcasse had withheld adequate compensation for a false accusation of espionage made against her.
