ALL those several parcels of land constituting the well-known Ornaranui Estate situate in Hawke's Bay about 8 miles from Napier, the property of Mr William Heslop, containing in the aggregate 4113 a. 2r. 15p. 2. ALL those several parcels of land constituting the well-known Puketapu Estate, adjoining the above, the property of the Trustees of the late Mr John Heslop, containing in the aggregate 1183 a. TEN THOUSAND (10,000) sheep or thereabouts of mixed sexes and various ages, being the unsold portion of the flock of sheep depasturing on the lands firstly and secondly above mentioned. 5. ALL the cattle, numbering three hundred and twenty-two (322) or thereabouts, of mixed sexes and various ages depasturing on the lands firstly and secondly above mentioned. LASTLY, ALL the Horses, numbering about twenty-five (25), Farming Implements, and Plant, now on the said land firstly and secondly above-men-tioned.
