Collison—lrvine.

At the Wesleyan Church yesterday afternoon Mr E. Uollison, son of one ot bur oldest and most respected settlers, Mr E. D. Collison, of Clareraont, near Longlands, was united in marriage to Miss Mary Irvine, who recently arrived here from England. Mr T. Wateon, of Havelock, was best man, and Misses Becky Collison and Nelly Carver were the bridesmaids. The bride wore a wreath, veil, and white dress and carried a shower bouquet, whilst the bridesmaids wore amber dresses and hats to match. This happy couple were also the recipients of a large number of presents. The officiating minister wa3 the pastor, the Rev. Mr Wrigley. The "Wedding March" was played by Mr Crapp, the organist of the Wesleyan Church. After participating in the wedding breakfast at the residence of Mr E. D. Collison, the bride and bridegroom left for Gisborne to spend their honeymoon.
