Harbor Board Matters.
{?C WS EDITOR.
Sir,—"Salbliorse ' seems in someway to have misunderstood me. Speaking of Harbor Board meetings he says that thtt " secretary reads the monthly report,' , etc., and complains of their sametiess, and then asks " where does the axe come in." Now, I am quite sure if "Salthorse " will look up my previous letter he will find that I have never stated or in any way implied that any one carried an axe into the Board meetings, but thinking deeply on the subject since, j am ilrnost convinced that it wouldn't be a bad idea if something of the kind was done.—l am. etc.,
