The Lady Agnes Appeal.
[per press association.] Hutt R.C, This day. The judges appointed by the president of the New Zealand Racing Conference considered the Wairarapa Jockey Club's appeal in connection with the disqualification of Lady Agnes last January, and upheld the decision of the Metropolitan Club in Wellington to the effect that the mare is entitled to the stake for which the country club disqualified her.
