President McKinley has signed an ultimatum to Spain, and notified that America will begin war after six o'clock on Saturday morning unless Spain yields. It is expected that an American squadron will blockade Cuba and Puerto Rico, a large island on the east coast of Cuba, and that ah army will be landed in Cuba.
