Bhe is expected to lsave for Uamaru tonight. The U.O. s.s. Kawatiri finished discharging yesterday afternoon, and was to leave for Greymouth, but owing to the heavy southerly weather, her departure has been postponed till to-morrow morning. The s.s Kahu, Captain Romeril, arrived from Wellington and the coast early this morning. Bhe was engaged to-day discharging her cargo into the sheds, and left toi-W—i*o.g ______ ______ _ The U.O. s.s. Flora, whloETefrv. ellington at 6.30 p.m. yesterday, had not put in an appearance np to the time our report left the Spit. She would have some difficulty in getting round Cape Palliser last night, owing to the strong southerly sea, hence the delay. The last launch was to leave at 5 p.m. *

The U.O. s.s. Australia is detained on the coast. Bhe is not due here before Monday, and will be despatched for Wellington at 10 a.m. the same day. The sohooner Waiapu, whioh left this port for Lyttelton on the sth inst., put into the roadstead early tfis morning. The southerly weather proved too much for her, and necessitated her returning to port.
