London, August 9. Iho direotora of the Londonderry mine, West Australia, report that the unsettled question relating to ''asey's interest in the mine prevents the completion of tha trust. Colonel .North, the Earl of Fingall, and Mr Hewitt Myring, direotora of the oompany, ore prepared to ■sxooute the trust unless tho shareholders desire to litigate. The directors propose to comply with the demand of the Aufctralian vendors for the allotment of the balance of vendors' shares, though advised that the case is full of suspicion.
