After considerable deliberation and oaieful reading of the Hall aud Maokin cases, the Attorney-vieneral has decided to allow the appeal iv the case of Minnie Dean, oonvioted of chid murder at invercirgill. Sir Patrick Buckley suggests sn immediate sitting of the Appeal Court to determine tho case.
