In the Divorce Court, in the oase of EM_es v. Elvinea. F. Marriott, and S. J. Kerwin, tho husband _ petition, a deoree nisi was granted, with costs against Kerwin. Tbe Judge held that though tho evidence against Marriott was strong, it was insufficient.
