The Navals to Appeal Against His Dismissal.

WELiiNGTON. Thi< day. It is understood that the Napier Navals intend to appeal to the Defence Minister ucainet the decision of the Court Martial at the Johusonville camp, recommending that Seaman Gunner Brophy, of the Napier Navals, be dismissed from the service for assaulting the guard.
