Dunedin, This day. At tho Colonial Bank meeting Mr McLean congratulated the shareholders on the smoothness with which the institution worked onward. Whatever lack of confidence in the colony there may have been in England he was happy to say there had been no lack of confidence as far as the Bank waa concerned, for the total of deposits had been easily maintained in England, while the colonial deposits kept increasing steadily.
