The winner of the Waipukurau Handicap to carry a 71b penalty in the Flying Handicap, and the wiuner of tho Hack Handicap to carry a 71b penalty in the Hack Flying Handicap. "Hack" shall mean a horse that has never won a race over 40 soys in value at time of nomination, and that is not nominated for a Derby, Oaks, Guineas, St. Leger, or Sapling Stakes up to the date of nomination.
